These terms from Beletek, Inc. apply to beletek.com and to the Beletek Alerts text messaging program. By using the website or opting in to text messages, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Beletek Alerts SMS program
Program description
Beletek Alerts sends operational text messages about calls to phone lines that Beletek runs for its business, for example: a new lead call came in, a caller entered a ZIP code we do not serve, or a call could not be connected and needs a call back. These are not marketing messages.
How you opt in
Messages are sent only to Beletek staff and clients who ask to receive them. You opt in by giving Beletek your mobile number in writing, by email to info@beletek.com or in your service agreement, and asking to receive call alerts. Opting in is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies with call volume, typically a few messages per day or fewer.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Beletek does not charge for alert messages, but your mobile carrier's rates apply.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming you are unsubscribed and no further messages after that. To join again, reply START or email us.

Reply HELP to any message for help, or email info@beletek.com.
Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device and is not guaranteed.
Privacy
We do not share your mobile number with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the text messaging section of our Privacy Policy.
Using this website
You may use beletek.com to learn about our services and contact us. Do not misuse the site, including by sending spam through the contact form, trying to break its security or interfering with how it works.
The content, logos and images on this site belong to Beletek, Inc. or its licensors and may not be copied without permission. Information on the site is general and is not a quote or a contract. The scope, price and terms of any project are set in a written proposal or agreement.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The website and text alerts are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Beletek, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the website or from messages that are delayed or not delivered.
