Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact form: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number and company, the service you are interested in and the project details you write.
• Email and phone: anything you include when you email us or speak with us.
• Text message alerts: the mobile number you give us when you ask to receive alerts.

Information collected automatically

• Phone calls: when you call a phone line we operate, our phone provider records the number you call from, the time and length of the call, and any keys you press (for example, the ZIP code you enter so we can route your call).
• Website: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability. Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam, which checks signals from your browser to confirm you are a person. We do not use advertising cookies.

How we use information

• To answer your questions, prepare proposals and deliver the services you ask for.
• To route your call to the right local service provider and follow up if a call is missed.
• To send the operational text message alerts you asked for.
• To keep our website, phone lines and messaging secure and to prevent spam and abuse.
• To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging (SMS) privacy

If you opt in to receive text messages from Beletek, we use your mobile number only to send the messages you signed up for, as described in our SMS Terms.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all information sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties, except with the service providers that deliver the messages on our behalf (such as our SMS platform and wireless carriers).

You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help, or email info@beletek.com.

How we share information

We share information only with:

• Service providers that run parts of our business for us, under contracts that limit how they use the data: website hosting and spam protection (Cloudflare), email (Google Workspace, Resend), and phone calls and text messages (Twilio).
• Local service providers you ask to reach: when you call a lead line and enter a ZIP code, your call is connected to a service provider for that area, who will see the number you are calling from.
• Authorities when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of Beletek, our clients or others.

How long we keep information

We keep contact form messages, emails and call and message records for as long as we need them to serve you and for our business records, then delete them. Text message opt-in records are kept while you are subscribed and for as long as required to show your consent.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and reputable providers to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and limit who can access it.

Your choices and rights

• Ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it.
• Opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
• Ask us not to contact you by email or phone.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
